--- Don't worry!   Be happy!      If you can change something and make it better, then why worry about it?   If something is beyond your control and you can't change it, then why worry about it?    Maybe that is oversimplification.  I'd probably worry (or at least my heart rate would increase) if somebody pushed me out of an airplane without a parachute even if my faith and enlightenment were unshakeable.  It's part of being human.   I figure that we might as well enjoy the ride while we're here and not try to be something we're not.  Right now, I am happy to be here and enjoying it all.  Music is good.  Love is good.  Life is good.   I haven't been writing here as much lately because I've been soaking it all in.  The past year has been absolutely great for me.  Not easy, not always enjoyable...but GREAT.    It's pretty cool when you can experience a lot of loss, some pain, some sickness, etc...and emerge in better shape than before it all happened.  There will always be challenges and we all handle them differently.....some more gracefully than others.   I'd rather be and do than talk at this point.  I like that.  I'm not giving this site up though, nor am I forsaking the expression of my thoughts.   If any of my experiences or ideas can bring positive energy to you, then that is a fulfillment of my intentions.   Being of help, while remaining open to learning new things are all I wish to do through this site.  Thank you visiting.

--- Play your song.  Play the way YOU want to play and don't worry about what others are going to think about it.  Don't try to be everything to everybody.  Take care of yourself first and then you'll have more to bring to the table for everyone else.  It's like the situation of being on an airplane when the oxygen masks drop.  Put YOUR mask on first before you help somebody else.  If you can't breathe, you won't be able to aid others.  That is not being selfish.  How many times have we acted or reacted because of what we felt others might think of us?   The way I see it, there are two underlying forces behind thought and action:   Love and fear.    While we might have different ideas of how those things are defined in particular circumstances, and while there could even be appropriate times to use fear as a motivating tool, even the latter must be used with the end result of love as the goal if success is desired.  My faith is ultimately in love and not fear.  It may take awhile for that to be fully realized in every breath and moment of my days.  I don't always achieve that ideal.  However, I believe very much in trying to do that.  Finding grace and truth through music is important to me.  I have done it, and will do it again.  Thank you for being in your place along the path.
